Four Years Later

To whoever is still reading and visiting this blog. It has been quite sometime now since i've posted anything on here. Let me tell you why i have not posted on here in a really long time. I know that i said many times that i will keep this blog active but i have failed that.

The reason why left this blog to die is because due to my school. I decided to finally go back to school. I went to a fashion design school here in Toronto. My first year was a hell of a year for me. I had a mental breakdown due stress and with tons of school assignments, projects and working as a part time sales associate. Therefore, I could not balance my school, work and keeping this blog active at the same time. My life was literally at school the whole time. Some people say that fashion design is really easy but it is actually not. Coming from a background sewing experience was still tough for me. Constructing a garment and the whole design process takes a lot of time and with the little time given to us. I was under pressure all the time.

Now that I've graduated last year of 2019. I still have not found a full time job in my field that I want. Although I started a Visual Merchandising job at Forever 21 but that did not last long because the company decided to close all the stores here in Canada. That was a bust. I am now currently working at Topshop/Topman as a part time sales associate and It is now 2020 and I am still struggling to find a full time job that I actually enjoy.

This blog was mainly for my lookbook and outfit ideas to inspire people. I started back in 2009, posted my looks online but after a decade. I decided to retire. It is not something I wanted to do for the rest of my life. So I went back to school to study something that I am passionate about. From now on this blog will highlight all my creative process through design work. I hope this blog will continue to grow and I hope you will enjoy all the things I will post in the future. Until then I hope you like my new and improved creative blog.
